Terms of Service

City Select (“City Select,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online directory of medical and dental practices in Arizona at cityselectmedical.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by City Brands. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about healthcare practices for the public’s convenience. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on the Site constitutes a referral, endorsement, or recommendation of any practice or provider. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. A listing on the Site does not certify a provider’s licensure, qualifications, or the quality of care they provide.

Practice listings are compiled primarily from the federal National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and from other publicly available sources, supplemented by information practices provide when they claim a listing. We work to keep information accurate but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. Practice names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, services, accepted insurance, and provider rosters may change without notice. Verify details directly with the practice before relying on them.

Practices may claim their listing free of charge to correct or enhance their information. To request correction or removal of a listing, contact us at hello@cityselectmedical.com. We honor reasonable removal requests for listings sourced from public records, though factual information drawn from public registries may remain available from their original sources.

Plans. Practices can buy optional paid plans for their own listing: Premium (self-serve) and Featured or Statewide placement (by application, with limited availability). What each plan includes and its price are shown on our Premium page at the time of purchase. Premium is priced by the number of providers at the location; if the count you give us turns out to be different, we may move you to the correct plan from your next renewal, with notice. Paid plans are advertising on your listing. They change how your listing is presented, never the factual information shown about any practice, and Featured placements are always labeled.

Billing and renewal. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor (Whop). Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply. If we change a plan’s price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (sign in to Whop with the email you paid with, then open Orders) or by emailing hello@cityselectmedical.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your listing then continues as a free listing.

Refunds. Fees are non-refundable. We do not give refunds, credits or prorated amounts for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or periods in which you did not use your plan, except where required by law or where we choose to at our discretion.

Failed payments and disputes. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or remove paid features until it succeeds. If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us first so we can fix it; if a charge is disputed with your bank, we may suspend paid features while the dispute is open.

We review what you submit. Updates sent by a practice (through a claim, the listing update form, or email) are reviewed before they appear. We may edit, shorten, decline or remove anything we believe is inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable, or not suitable for the directory, and we may ask you to confirm that you are authorized to act for the practice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the rights to any photos or content you send us.

Timing is an estimate. Any timing we mention, such as reviewing a claim within one business day or publishing updates within 24–48 hours, is a good-faith target, not a guarantee. Reviews, updates and support requests can take longer, including during holidays, outages or periods of high volume, and delays do not entitle you to a refund or credit.

No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any number of patients, calls, bookings, page views, rankings or search-engine visibility (including on Google), or any position on the Site except where a placement you bought says otherwise.

Availability. We aim to keep the Site running, but it may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time for maintenance, updates, or problems with our hosting, database, email or payment providers. We do not promise any particular uptime, and interruptions do not entitle you to a refund or credit.

You agree not to: scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content except as expressly permitted; use the Site to send unsolicited communications to listed practices; misrepresent your identity or authority to act for a practice; interfere with the Site’s operation or security; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access for conduct that violates these Terms.

The Site’s design, original text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement of content are owned by City Brands and protected by applicable law. Factual data drawn from public registries is not claimed as proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site’s proprietary elements without our permission.

The Site may link to practice websites and other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Brands and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any listing, including lost profits, lost patients or lost business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or any paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us anything.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless City Brands from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, content you submit to us, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
