This Privacy Policy explains how City Select Media, LLC (“City Select,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the cityselectmedical.com directory (the “Site”). We designed the Site to be privacy-respecting: it is an informational directory, and we collect only what we need to operate it.

Listing information — practice name, address, phone, providers, specialty, and similar professional details — is compiled primarily from the federal National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and other publicly available sources. This is business and professional information about practices, not patient information. We do not collect, request, or store any patient health information (PHI), and the Site is not intended to contain any.

If you are a provider and wish to correct, update, or remove your listing, see claim your listing or email hello@cityselectmedical.com.

When you contact us, claim a listing, request a featured placement, or submit a form, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email, phone number, practice name, and any message content. We use this information to respond to you, to verify and process listing claims, and to administer paid placements.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use this to understand aggregate traffic, maintain security, and improve the Site. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles of individuals, and the Site does not run third-party advertising.

The Site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and for basic, aggregate analytics. We do not sell your data or use cross-site advertising trackers. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; doing so will not prevent you from browsing the directory.

We use information to operate and improve the directory, respond to inquiries, process listing claims and featured placements, send transactional messages you request, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site (for example, hosting, email, and analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect our rights. Directory listing information is, by its nature, displayed publicly on the Site.

Practices and individuals may request removal of a listing or of information they provided by emailing hello@cityselectmedical.com. We will act on reasonable requests promptly. Note that factual information drawn from public government registries may remain publicly available from those original sources even after we remove it from the Site.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for a general business and adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may contact us to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, or to opt out of non-transactional emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
