Because the foundation is official government record, the practices you see are real, registered providers in Arizona.
Is City Select free to use, and do I need an account?
Yes, it's completely free for patients, and no — there is no account, login, or signup required. You can search the entire directory, open any profile, and contact a practice directly without creating an account or sharing personal information.
Does paying affect where a practice ranks?
No. City Select does not sell search position. Practices appear because they exist and serve the area, not because they paid. A limited number may apply for a clearly labeled featured placement, but featured status changes visibility only — never the underlying facts we show about any provider.
How current is the information?
The directory is reviewed and refreshed on a continuous basis and cross-checked for consistency. Because details like hours, insurance, and new-patient status change often, every profile also encourages patients to confirm specifics directly with the practice before scheduling.
How do I correct or remove a listing?
Practices can claim their listing for free to correct and enhance it, and anyone can request a correction or removal by emailing hello@cityselectmedical.com. We act on reasonable requests promptly.
